Wisconsin Land Management was hired to perform several functions for KKom’s Beer Garden Oasis.
Starting with land clearing, we assisted in removing nearly 100 trees on the property including stump removal. We then graded the land to make it suitable for the next phase, landscaping.
Starting with a retaining wall, we built a stage area for performers in front of the garage and started digging trenches for the electrical conduit to be placed along the main seating area for future use. After that was complete we leveled the area extending from the stage and placed gravel throughout the main seating area and
The client wanted a matching Lannon Stone walkway moving from the adjacent parking lot to the stage and rear seating area. We laid down the gravel foundations and placed the large pavers in the desired area followed by leveling to reduce trip hazards.
Once the main areas were finished, we started restoring the large surrounding areas with newly planted grass, and proper drainage, which the owner loved since there previously wasn’t a usable area with all the trees and lifeless dirt before the project started.
